The contingent of students of the discipline and the urgent needs of today are taken into account. In each of the topics, there is an analysis of why this is happening, and then there is a practical toolkit of what to do, again, with an explanation of why this is so. The analysis is from a biochemical, physiological, and psychological point of view. Social factors and world experience in sports and physical culture are taken into account. Variants of scientific game tasks are provided. Measures are provided for students to express themselves in individual and team work. Descriptions of work in classrooms, gyms, and at home are given.
