In this paper, rotating encoder is applied to position sensor in missile steering gear servo system for testing rotor position, and the method of confirming initial position is advanced, then the method which keeps actuatorpsilas zero position and rotating encoder rotorpsilas being coincident is advanced. 摘要

永磁同步电机作为伺服位置结构应用于航天导弹舵机,具有体积小、精度高、可靠性好等优点。由于伺服系统的动态关键参数受转子位置的影响,为减小致动器的误差,致动器的初始位置应与转子的初始位置保持一致。因此,作动器的零点位置与旋转编码器的零点位置一致是关键。本文将旋转编码器应用于导弹舵机伺服系统的位置传感器中,对转子位置进行检测,提出了初始位置的确定方法,然后提出了使作动器零位置与旋转编码器转子位置保持一致的方法。结合空间矢量控制策略,取得了较好的控制效果。
