The result of each cycle by the implementation scanning technique  to improve speed reading showed at the first cycle was  4 (47,94%) students were achieved the KKM of 17 students, while the second cycle the students learning activities achieved  14 (76,95 %) of completeness of the students result. 摘要

本研究的目的是提高四年级学生的阅读理解能力,结论是:(1)在不忽视学生理解的情况下进行快速阅读,获得事实信息,特殊事实和结论;(2)阅读理解技巧扫描在每个周期学习活动水平中的百分比变得很高。每个周期通过实施扫描技术提高快速阅读的结果显示,在第一个周期中,有4名学生(47.94%)完成了17名学生的KKM,而在第二个周期中,有14名学生的学习活动完成了学生的结果(76.95%)。基于在快速阅读中使用扫描技术的实施结果,得出该技术可以作为一种策略和技术来实现SD Negeri 35 Kota Ternate学生的阅读能力和学生学习语言技能的发展技能,并可能在其他小学阶段受到威胁。
