Maka pada pelaksanaannya digunakan metode deskriptif, melakukan uji (butir pernyataan, korelasi, regresi simpel dan ganda, determinan, serta parsial, simultan). Keluaran regresi diperoleh ada impak yang nyata antara gaya kepemimpinan atas variabel kinerja karyawan. Kesimpulannya adalah gaya kepemimpinan yang baik mampu menaikan kinerja karyawan. Motivasi berpengaruh kuat atas kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji regresi diperoleh ada impak yang nyata (signifikan) motivasi atas kinerja karyawan. Artinya semakin baiknya motivasi akan meningkat pula kinerja karyawan. Gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi kerja secara simultan memiliki dampak positif atas kinerja karyawan. To apply these objectives, descriptive analysis methods, validity tests, reliability tests, correlation tests, simple regression, multiple regression, determinant tests, and partial and simultaneous tests are used. Regression obtained that there is a strong effect between leadership style on employee performance variable. A good leadership style will improve employee performance. Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the regression analysis obtained that there is a significant (significant) influence on the motivation variable on the employee performance variable.
