摘要

采用多种定量免疫电泳技术研究了铜绿假单胞菌13个O组26株的血清学交叉反应。采用铜绿假单胞菌多价抗原和相应的兔抗血清作为参比体系。55种铜绿假单胞菌抗原中51种(93%)均存在于所有菌株中,且对应抗体均可被所有菌株完全吸收。参考系统的抗原与部分菌株中仅存在的4种抗原中的3种存在完全的交叉反应性。在所有菌株中均不存在的4种抗原中,最后一种抗原只能吸收参比系统中相应抗体的一部分。全热杀菌的吸收实验表明,该抗原与铜绿假单胞菌的O群抗原有关。参考系统的抗原均与该细菌某些菌株产生的黏液物质无关。
