Design techniques and paradigms toward design of low-voltage CMOS analog circuits
Techniques for the design of robust low-voltage CMOS analog circuits are given. It is shown that both V/sub t/-independence and proper alignment between the input and output swings are crucial for effective design of low-voltage circuits.
