摘要

摘要本研究以棉兰市传统出租车司机为研究对象,以工作动机为中介变量,分析并确定逆境商对员工绩效的影响。本研究的性质是关联的,本研究的类型是定量的。本研究以棉兰市253名传统出租车司机为样本。通过有效可靠的问卷调查收集的数据,然后使用路径分析法进行处理。本研究结果表明:(1)逆境商对员工绩效有正向显著影响;(2)逆境商对工作动机有正向显著影响;(3)工作动机对员工绩效有正向显著影响;(4)工作动机在逆境商与员工绩效之间不是完美中介。
