In the present study, linear shrinkage, porosity and mean pore size of ZrO2-reinforced porous mullite ceramics increased, and volume density, mechanical strength and heat conductivity decreased. 摘要:以锆英石(ZrSiO4)粉末和氧化铝(Al2O3)粉末为原料,采用泡沫-凝胶铸造法制备了zro2增强多孔莫来石陶瓷。分析了烧结温度对多孔试样相组成的影响。在此基础上,研究了发泡剂对1600℃焙烧zro2增强多孔莫来石的物理性能、微观结构、机械强度和导热性能的影响。在本研究中,zro2增强多孔莫来石陶瓷的线收缩率、孔隙率和平均孔径增大,体积密度、机械强度和导热系数减小。当发泡剂用量为1.0 vol.-%时,孔隙率为77.4%的zro2增强多孔莫来石试样的抗折强度和抗压强度分别达到3.0和10.9 MPa,导热系数保持在0.181 W m−1 K−1。
