This study examines and reflects on the hot topics in the concept and practice of teacher collaboration from the aspects of the theoretical implication, manifestation and implementation dilemma of teacher collaboration. In fact, under the development concept of teacher collaboration, there are many implementation difficulties. 摘要

教师协作对于提高教师的专业能力和发展具有重要意义。本研究表明,传统的教师专业发展路径已经逐渐落后于时代发展的步伐,以教师协作为核心的教师专业发展新路径备受关注。本研究从教师协作的理论内涵、表现形式和实施困境等方面对教师协作概念和实践中的热点问题进行了考察和反思。事实上,在教师协作的发展理念下,存在着诸多实施难点。为教师协作提供时间保障,引导教师正确认识教师协作,平衡教师自主与协作的界限,对促进教师协作具有重要意义。
