Steel cement concrete is deficient in characteristics machine tool beds but cheap in cost. This paper presents a new shape forming technology of composite concrete for machine tool beds, which are composed of epoxy concrete structure faces and steel cement concrete cores. They have better dynamic characteristics, heat stabilities, anti-corrosions and high strengths. Their raw materials are not only abundant but also easy to get. Their production processes need lower energy and have better conditions for workers.
