摘要

电力是关系国民经济发展和社会稳定的重要基础产业,电力行业数据一旦泄露,可能对电力用户和企业的合法权益以及社会秩序和公共利益造成严重损害。随着数据安全领域相关法律法规的出台,数据安全监管趋严,在新电力系统建设的背景下,电力行业开放数据共享的需求将显著增加,电力企业的合规性处理数据将面临严峻考验。本文针对电力行业数据泄露的风险,提出了以数据为中心的安全防护模型,结合电力行业的特点,设计了基于该模型的电力行业数据泄露防范方案,并给出部署实施建议。
