为了让口译学员更接近中国多语种会议的真实世界，上海外国语大学于2018年和2019年举办了第一届和第二届多语种接力同声传译比赛。从设计到组织实施，很多实践都是国内首次引进。这次活动和经历是无价的。本文从准备工作、比赛程序、评分规则、今后比赛的改进、遇到的问题以及对同声传译教学的进一步探讨等方面对本次比赛进行了全面的概述。这一经验将为今后口译学科的其他活动提供支持。
