摘要

目的:探讨太极拳对老年人健康体质和生化指标的影响,为选择适合老年人的体育锻炼项目提供参考。对象:随机选取城市某社区年龄在60~69岁的17名老年人作为研究对象。方法:受试者先完成20天的太极球学习,掌握后进行90天的音乐锻炼,每天锻炼1~1.5小时,个人锻炼不少于30min。结果:太极拳对老年人健康体质和生化指标的影响是积极有效的。对预防老年性疾病有积极作用。而且,太极球的运动负荷和强度可以根据身体状况进行调节,它没有身体对抗,更适合老年人参与,可以作为老年人全年健身项目进行普及。
