INTRODUCTION The sessions largely focused on issues of family life in times of crisis and armed conflicts, which were the main subjects of the Second World Conference on Family Health [1]. The following topics were explored during the three sessions: family health care in Poland, Israel, Mozambique and Ukraine; the COVID-19 pandemic; and human rights in times of armed conflict. The presentations highlighted how crucial the discussed issues are to family health. They also made those attending aware of the influence of these issues on the functioning of the family, its development, stability and security.
