The Mann Whitney U Test shows that there are significant differences on self adjustment between experimental and control group. The Wilcoxon test shows that there is a significant increase of self adjustment score on experimental group after the training was given. 摘要

本研究旨在探讨情绪调节训练对提高自我调适的效果。研究方法采用前测后测对照组设计。参与者为20名孤儿,通过配对法分为实验组和对照组,每组10人。采用专家评审的自我调整量表进行前测、后测和随访。Mann Whitney U检验显示,实验组与对照组在自我调节上存在显著差异。Wilcoxon检验显示,实验组接受训练后,自我适应得分显著提高。因此,情绪调节训练能有效改善孤儿院青少年的自我调节能力。
