The Niflec® irrigator was used for the 39 patients.In the patient group, in which such these irrigator were used, the administrative periods of theantibiotics significantly decreased. On the other hand, the hospital-stay of the these patients alsoshorted.In our investigation, the 1st and 2nd generation cephems were considered to be the first choicein post-operative infection control. Those drugs were thus used as the antibiotics of choice forthe infection control according to the species of the bacterium and their amounts.
