摘要

本文提出了一种评价膏体材料导热系数的新方法。其原理是基于复合材料导热系数的测量和有限元建模。本文根据薄型和固体样品热导率测量仪(THISYS)的结构和工作原理,建立了一套有限元方法。研究了三种类型的膏体材料。通过详细的比较,可以得出该方法的准确率在95%以上。结果表明,该方法是有效的。
