The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of information technology implementation on employee performance with user ability as a moderator variable at the Malili District Office. Data collection techniques through_observation, interviews, documentation and questionnaires, while the data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, validity and reliability, classical assumption test, multiple_linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing.
