For T-type topology, according to the polarity of the load current, the method take a correspondingly control to the switch state of zero level to output the reference voltage, which reduce the switch loss. To solve the problem of neutral-point potential balance, neutral-point charge adjustment algorithm is introduced, which effectively suppress neutral point voltage drift. 摘要

本文研究了一种t型三电平逆变器的拓扑结构,提出了一种基于该拓扑结构的控制方法。对于t型拓扑,该方法根据负载电流的极性,对零电平的开关状态进行相应的控制,输出参考电压,降低了开关损耗。为了解决中性点电位平衡问题,引入了中性点电荷调整算法,有效地抑制了中性点电压漂移。最后,在MATLAB环境下建立了t型三层模型,仿真结果验证了控制方法的可行性和有效性。

Research on control method of T-type three-level topology
