First, the writing skills of the exposition text of  grade VIII students of Junior High School 31 Padang before using discovery learning model are in fair qualifications (61,59). Secondly, the writing skills of exposition text of grade VIII students of Junior High School 31 Padang after using discovery learning model are in good qualifications (78,26). 摘要

本研究的目的是描述如下的事情。首先,描述了运用发现学习模式前初中八年级31巴东论述文的写作技巧。其次,描述了运用发现学习模式后初中八年级31巴东论述文的写作技巧。第三,分析发现学习模式对巴东31初中八年级学生论述写作技能的影响。本研究的类型是定量研究,采用实验方法。根据研究结果,可以得出以下三点结论。首先,巴东31初中八年级学生在使用发现学习模式前的论述文写作水平处于中等水平(61,59)。其次,巴东31初中八年级学生采用发现学习模式后的论述文写作能力较好(78,26)。第三,发现学习模式的使用对巴东31初中八年级学生的论述写作技能有显著的影响,因此可以得出结论,H1被接受,而H0被拒绝,因为测试结果证明tcount大于表(2,04>1,70)。Kata Kunci: Pengaruh,模型发现学习,Menulis Teks Eksposisi
