Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24 software application.The results of this study indicate that (1) Compensation partially has a positive effect on employee performance. (2) Work Discipline partially has a positive effect on employee performance. (3) Compensation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. 摘要

本研究旨在检验和分析薪酬和工作纪律对员工绩效的影响。本研究采用抽样技术,即由RRI Kendari公共广播学院的秘书、系主任、科长和职能人员组成的61个样本的饱和样本。使用问卷调查收集数据的方法。数据分析方法采用多元线性回归分析,借助IBM SPSS Statistics Version 24软件应用。本研究结果表明:(1)薪酬对员工绩效有部分正向影响。(2)工作纪律对员工绩效有部分正向影响。(3)薪酬与工作纪律同时对员工绩效产生正向影响。本研究的结论是薪酬越高,员工的绩效越高,工作纪律越高,员工的绩效越高,薪酬和工作纪律与员工的绩效存在交互作用。
