This review suggests organizational leaders implement protocols to preserve workers’ well-being, create supportive spaces, provide supervision and mentorship, acknowledge inequalities and enact change, and promote crisis preparedness. A Critical Appraisal of Ways Organizations Can Support Social Workers in Light of COVID-19: A Scoping Review
