摘要

Poguntano (Picriafel-terraeLour.)是北苏门答腊的一种药用植物，在传统医学中用于治疗退行性疾病。蒲草提取物含有黄酮类化合物，具有开发成免疫调节剂的潜力。研究了茯苓正己烷提取物(PHNHE)、茯苓乙酸乙酯提取物(PHEAE)和茯苓乙醇提取物(PHEE)对金黄色葡萄球菌感染免疫抑制大鼠的免疫刺激作用。通过对总白细胞和分化白细胞的检测，证实了蒲公参具有免疫调节剂的作用。蒲草正己烷提取物(PHNHE)不能增加总白细胞和分化白细胞;茯苓乙酸乙酯提取物(PHEAE)和茯苓乙醇提取物(PHEE)均能增加金黄色葡萄球菌诱导的免疫抑制大鼠白细胞总数和分化数。
