To reduce the injury of shoulder joints and improve the speed of stroke, it is necessary to train the flexibility of shoulder joints. This paper briefly introduced the concept of shoulder joint and flexibility and then explained the traditional stretching training method and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretching method. Then, taking 20 college team swimmers of Yunnan University as the subjects, the comparative experiment of the traditional and PNF stretching methods was carried out. 摘要

在游泳过程中,手臂的划动会损伤肩关节。为了减少对肩关节的损伤,提高划水速度,必须对肩关节的柔韧性进行训练。简要介绍了肩关节和柔韧性的概念,阐述了传统的拉伸训练方法和本体感觉神经肌肉促进(PNF)拉伸方法。然后,以云南大学20名大学生游泳运动员为研究对象,对传统拉伸法和PNF拉伸法进行了对比实验。结果表明:运动员采用PNF拉伸方法后的肩关节旋转指数明显低于传统拉伸方法;在PNF拉伸法下,高速外旋时肩关节的平均发力和总功明显提高,在50米自由泳中也有明显提高。
