Methods of data collection using a questionnaire. The data analysis method uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26 software application.The results of this study indicate that (1) work motivation partially has a positive effect on employee performance. (2) Work Discipline partially has a positive effect on employee performance. (3) Motivation and Work Discipline simultaneously have a positive effect on employee performance. 摘要

本研究旨在检验和分析工作动机和工作纪律对员工绩效的影响。本研究采用抽样方法,即苏拉威西东南省粮食保障局秘书、科长、科长、职能人员等60个样本的饱和样本。使用问卷调查收集数据的方法。数据分析方法采用多元线性回归分析,借助IBM SPSS Statistics Version 26软件应用。本研究结果表明:(1)工作动机对员工绩效有部分正向影响。(2)工作纪律对员工绩效有部分正向影响。(3)激励和工作纪律同时对员工绩效有正向影响。本研究的结论是,工作动机越高,员工的绩效越高,工作纪律越高,员工的绩效越高,工作动机和工作纪律与员工绩效存在交互作用。
