摘要

随着配电网电力设备和结构的变化,配电网的电能质量问题越来越受到电网公司和用户的关注。然而,配电网范围广,监测点多,每个监测点的数据量大,在非光纤网络中难以实现有效的数据传输。本文提出了一种配电网电能质量数据通信框架,结合最优接入、数据分层传输和边缘计算,可以明显减少数据传输总量,保证重要数据的及时传输。实验应用验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
