The objective of the research is to create and develop interactive collaborative work that allows the most accessible work with mobile applications (APK) that are used by students of the career, from electronic devices. For this purpose, empirical methods were used to make it possible to carry out the research or proposal that will facilitate the use of mobile devices by university students with special sensory-perceptual educational needs. These APKs are designed so that they are able to use audiovisual media that identify colors, objects, situations.
