Samples were for this purpose made of new domestic besprekursorny basic polymer \"Belakril-E GO\" by different technologies: compression pressing, according to the instruction of the producer; molding formation; free casting; and the developed method. The received samples were studied regarding the content of residual monomer of methylmethacrylate in comparative aspect. The received results showed, the advanced manufacturing techniques of removable designs of dentures allow to improve their quality significantly. 摘要

根据立法的新要求,国内制造商开发了新的基础材料“Belakril-E GO”。在通过了第一次临床测试后,专家们注意到一种特殊的单体气味,因此,患者长期适应可拆卸假牙的设计。这一事实促使人们寻找获得最佳假肢质量的新方法,并需要改进制造技术。本研究的目的是改进用besprekursorny碱性聚合物“Belakril-E GO”制作可摘义齿的工艺,并与生产商推荐的制作工艺进行比较。为此,我们采用了不同的工艺,采用国产新型双聚丙烯酸碱性聚合物“Belakril-E GO”制成样品:根据生产商的说明,采用压缩法;成型形成;自由铸造;以及开发的方法。对收到的样品进行了甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体残留量的比较研究。结果表明,采用先进的制造技术,可摘义齿的质量得到了显著提高。Ключевыеслова:базиснаяпластмасса,метилметакрилат,этилметакрилат,съемныепротезы,прекурсоры,наркотизм,технология。
