As of November 26, 2021, we registered a reduced proportion of women vaccinated at the preconception stage (from 4.6% to 4.0%, p < 0.001), yet the number of vaccinated pregnant women raised both before (from 0.7% to 1.3 %, p < 0.001) and after 22 weeks of pregnancy (from 1.6% to 2.3%, p < 0.001). The highest proportion of pregnant women was documented in the Tyva Republic and the Irkutsk Region (p < 0.01). Major vaccination-associated adverse events have not been reported.Conclusions.
