The purpose of this study was to analyze the direct effect of workload and work stress on turnover intention, and examine the mediating role of work stress on the effect of workload on employee turnover intention at J4 Legian Bali Hotels. The population in this study amounted to 45 employees, with saturated sampling method, the type of research is quantitative research with causality associative approach. 摘要

离职意向是指想要辞职或离开一份工作的紧急情况。人员流失是与人力资源相关的问题之一。一般来说,员工离职是由于工作量分配不合理和分配不均造成的。本研究的目的是分析工作量和工作压力对员工离职倾向的直接影响,并检验工作压力对工作量对员工离职倾向影响的中介作用。本研究总体为45名员工,采用饱和抽样方法,研究类型为因果关联法的定量研究。通过发放在线问卷(google表格)收集数据,然后通过SEM-PLS分析数据。结果表明:J4吉安巴厘酒店员工工作量对离职倾向存在正向显著影响,工作量对工作压力存在正向显著影响,工作压力对离职倾向存在正向显著影响,工作压力部分中介工作量对离职倾向的影响。
