Se realizo un analisis documentalpara la definicion de dos dimensiones, cada una con 40 items y seis areas. Posterior a su construccion, el inventariofue sujeto de la revision de cinco expertos, juicio de 20 expertos y pilotaje del instrumento con 21 docentes. A partirde la revision de los expertos se realizo la mejora del instrumento y mediante el juicio de expertos se revelo la validezde contenido (V de Aiken>0.80; ICI>0.75), en terminos de pertinencia y redaccion de los items. A traves del pilotaje seidentifico buen grado de comprension de instrucciones e items. Con fines orientativos se realizo el analisis de consistenciadonde se obtuvo una adecuada confiabilidad (Alfa de Cronbach: 0.84).
