摘要

本研究旨在确定并分析校长督导、教师工作动机对普立亭基区公办小学教师工作满意度的影响。这种类型的研究是描述性定量的。本研究的样本为140名受访者,采用问卷(questionnaire)形式的数据收集技术。结果表明:1)校长监督对教师工作满意度有显著影响;2)教师工作动机对教师工作满意度有显著影响;3)校长监督与教师工作动机对教师工作满意度有显著影响。
