This paper defines the concept of People analytics based on the literature review and offers an understanding of the role it is currently playing in any organization. The Case of PepsiCo reveals various strategies adopted for implementing People Analytics and how it changed all the real-life business cases and continue to improve its performance via HR analytics practice.
