Koc","doi":"10.16883/JFPIU.58224","DOIUrl":null,"url":null,"abstract":"SUMMARY In this study, a simple, rapid and accurate capillary electrophoresis method has been developed for the determination of lactulose and mannitol in urine for estimating the intestinal permeability. The urine samples were prepared to analyze by using solid phase extraction. For analysis a background electrolyte (BGE) consisted of 6 mmol/L sorbic acid, 1.25mmol/L hexadecyltrimethylammoniumbromide (HDTMA), 50 mmol/L LiOH (pH 12.5) was used. Separation was performed at -5 kV over 20 min within the fused capillary column (45 cm, 50 I¼m I.D.) at 20 °C. The method developed was applied a series of urine sample to measure the lactulose/mannitol concentration rate. Analizler icin 6 mmol/L sorbik asit, 1.25 mmol/L hekzadesil trimetil amonyum bromur (HDTMA), 50 mmol/ L LiOH iceren pH si 12.5 e karsilik gelen destek elektrolit kullanilmistir. Ayrim 45 cm 50 I¼m ic capli fused silika kolonda 20 °C sicaklikta -5 kV ayirma potansiyeli kullanilarak 20 dk icerisinde gerceklestirilmistir. Gelistirilen yontem laktuloz / mannitol derisim oranlarini olcmek icin bir seri idrar numunesine uygulanmistir. 摘要
本研究建立了一种简便、快速、准确的毛细管电泳测定尿中乳果糖和甘露醇的方法,用于估计肠道通透性。制备尿样,采用固相萃取法进行分析。背景电解液(BGE)为6 mmol/L山梨酸、1.25mmol/L十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HDTMA)、50 mmol/L LiOH (pH 12.5)。在熔融毛细管柱(45 cm, 50 μ m id)中,在-5 kV, 20分钟内,在20°C下进行分离。将该方法应用于一系列尿样中乳果糖/甘露醇浓度率的测定。【关键词】乳果糖,甘露醇,测定,渗透性,毛细管电泳OZET;甘露醇,甘露醇;甘露醇;Idrar或nekleri kati faz ozutleme将分析hazirlanmiir。分析剂为6 mmol/L山梨酸,1.25 mmol/L三甲基溴铵(HDTMA), 50 mmol/L LiOH, pH值为12.5 mmol/L karsilik gelen destek eletrolit kullanilmisir。直径45厘米,直径50厘米,直径1 / 4厘米,直径20°C,直径5千伏,直径5千伏,直径5千伏,直径20千伏,直径5千伏。Gelistirilen system - laktuloz / mannitol - derisim - oranlarini - olmek是一种新型的化学物质。Anahtar Kelimeler: Laktuloz, Mannitol, Tayin, gerecgenlik, Kapiler elektroforez
