Various constructs representing quality management practices and quality results were conceptualized. Using a questionnaire survey instrument, data was collected in India, China, and Mexico. Multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) was used to analyze the data. The MANOVA results point to statistically significant differences with respect to quality practices among these countries.
