To achieve the success of educational goals, a professional teacher is needed, one of the criteria for a professional teacher is to be able to manage the class properly and effectively. PAI teachers especially those who teach in the religious field, to achieve the goals of Islamic education, PAI teachers need to pay attention to class management. The purpose of this study is to describe the form of approach and fostering class discipline as well as the constraints and solutions carried out by educators in managing classes in Islamic Religious Education learning at SDIT Binaul Fikri Serang Baru, Bekasi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with the type of field research. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman models. 摘要

教育是课堂教学活动的中心。要实现教育目标的成功,就需要一个专业的教师,一个专业教师的标准之一就是能够正确有效地管理班级。PAI教师特别是在宗教领域教学的教师,要实现伊斯兰教教育的目标,PAI教师需要重视班级管理。本研究的目的是描述方法和培养课堂纪律的形式,以及教育工作者在管理伊斯兰宗教教育学习课程时所采取的限制和解决方案。使用的研究方法是描述定性与实地调查的类型。使用的数据收集技术有访谈、观察和记录。数据分析使用Miles和Huberman模型。研究结果表明:(1)伊斯兰宗教教育教师使用的方法形式是多种多样的,包括社会情感方法和宽容方法;(2)所采用的课堂纪律形式为合作控制纪律技术的转换法;(3) PAI教师在班级管理中面临的障碍来自个体和群体问题,但这些问题可以通过开放、移情、转换、接纳和欣赏学生等预防性方法和制裁等治疗性方法来克服。
