摘要

本研究旨在确定新塘市消费者对鱼脆产品的偏好,并确定消费者最考虑哪些属性。本研究分析的产品属性是风味、包装、价格、位置、形状、颜色和厚度。本研究的抽样技术为非概率抽样,通过对150名受访者进行访谈,使用SPSS 17.0软件采用联合方法进行分析。从鱼饼干的七个属性来看,消费者最需要考虑的属性依次是鱼饼干的价格属性、味道、包装、购买地点、鱼饼干的形状、颜色,最后是鱼饼干的厚度。
