The proposed model owns the following advantages: (i) the comprehensive trust based on the historical interaction records of users and items are integrated into the recursive social dynamic modeling to obtain the comprehensive trust of different users; (ii) social trust information is captured based on the attention network mechanism, so as to solve the problem of weight distribution in the same level domain; (iii) two levels of attention mechanisms are merged into a unified framework to enhance each other. 摘要

随着社交互联网技术的快速发展,社交推荐成为推荐系统中的一个主要研究热点。然而,传统的图神经网络并没有考虑长距离社会关系产生的噪声对推荐性能的影响。本文提出了一种基于内容的多关系关注网络(CMAN)。该模型具有以下优点:(1)将基于用户和物品历史交互记录的综合信任集成到递归社会动态建模中,得到不同用户的综合信任;(ii)基于注意网络机制捕获社会信任信息,解决同一层次域的权重分配问题;(三)将两个层次的注意机制合并为一个统一的框架,相互促进。在两个具有代表性的数据集上进行的实验表明,本文提出的算法大大优于以往的方法。
