A multiple linear regression analysis of FMI-T gain, adjusting for confounding factors, revealed that the pharmacist-led deprescribing intervention was independently correlated with FMI-T gain. Particularly, the use of dyslipidemia drugs, antipsychotic drugs, hypnotics, and nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs significantly decreased during hospitalization. The pharmacist-led deprescribing intervention was independently and significantly associated with FIM-T gain.
