The method used in this research is quantitative. In this study, the population was 2009 employees at the food security and animal husbandry of the province of South Sumatera. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique that is purposive sampling. In this study, the sample as the criteria was 104 permanent employees. The data analysis technique is Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS 21 for Windows. 摘要
本研究旨在探讨自我效能感与控制源对员工绩效的影响。本研究采用的方法是定量的。在本研究中,研究对象为南苏门答腊省粮食安全和畜牧业部门的2009名雇员。本研究采用非概率抽样技术,即有目的抽样。在本研究中,作为标准的样本是104名正式雇员。数据分析技术是多元线性回归,使用SPSS 21 for Windows。假设检验结果表明,自我效能感变量对员工绩效存在部分影响,控制源变量对员工绩效存在部分影响,自我效能感变量和控制源变量对员工绩效存在同步影响。关键词:自我效能感;控制点;员工绩效
PENGARUH EFIKASI DIRI DAN LOCUS OF CONTROL TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI PADA DINAS KETAHAN PANGAN DAN PETERNAKAN PROVINSI SUMATERA SELATAN
