Based on the results of this study, it was concluded that the application of learning models through classroom supervision by the school principal proved successful in increasing the ability of SD Negeri 2 Tlanak teachers, Kedungpring District, Lamongan Regency in managing the learning process. 摘要
本研究的主要问题是“通过课堂督导活动的学习模式的应用是否能够提高拉蒙安县Kedungpring区SD Negeri 2 Tlanak学生的学习质量?”本研究结果显示,校长课堂督导学习模式的应用,成功提升了拉蒙安县柯敦坪区内格里二区土拉克教师管理学习过程的能力。此外,随着拉蒙干县可敦坪区SD Negeri 2 Tlanak教师对学习过程管理能力的提高,不仅学生的学习过程变得更有意义,而且学生的学习成果也有所提高。
