This study aims to explore the Global Jinzai skills set practiced by the Japanese companies by exploring the perception of Japanese, Malaysian and Vietnamese students who will be the future employees in companies. This study utilized a quantitative approach where participants’ views of Global Jinzai have been obtained via Google Form surveys delivered to 216 university students from Malaysia, Japan and Vietnam. The surveys include 13 demographic questions, 79 likert scale questions ranging from 1-strongly disagree to 5-strongly agree, 5 likert scale questions ranging from 1-not at all important to 5-very important and lastly is 5 ranking questions with 1-having highest priority to 5-having lowest priority.
