The criteria taken into consideration when characterizing the models included but were not limited to: the supply chain leader, the manufactured products (mass or individualized), the material flow strategy (push, pull), and the geographical location of the supply chain nodes. 本文介绍了笔者对波兰服装行业企业供应链模型的研究成果。本文的目标是确定该部门供应链模型的类型。研究方法是访谈和直接观察服装公司的制造和物流过程。以不同企业的供应链为例,对四种供应链模型进行了分析。描述模型时考虑的标准包括但不限于:供应链领导者、制造产品(批量或个性化)、物料流策略(推、拉)和供应链节点的地理位置。区分这些模式的因素与竞争力有关——首先是价格、产品和服务的质量、交货时间、产品的可及性、产品范围的范围。
