摘要

本研究旨在分析明库鲁市国立初中校长创新与动机对数学教师绩效的相关关系。本研究采用定量方法进行相关性研究。抽样方法为比例随机抽样。本研究的样本为明古鲁市一名初中数学教师，共53人。数据收集工具以问卷的形式使用，数据分析技术使用统计相关检验。结果表明:(1)校长创新与教师数学学习绩效之间存在正相关关系，为0.590;(2)教师数学学习动机与教师数学学习绩效之间存在正相关关系，为0.606。这是一个强有力的、积极的标准。(3)明古鲁市国立初中校长创新与工作动机对教师绩效存在联合相关。
