摘要

摘要目前,中国正在从上到下构建历史遗产保护管理体系。因此,作为中级的省级在名镇名村的管理中显得越来越重要。然而,由于资源过剩、管理水平滞后等影响因素,省级主管部门在实施历史名城、历史村镇保护管理方面仍面临一系列困难。本研究针对省级主管部门面临的监管问题,将地理空间信息技术与深度学习技术相结合,探索历史聚落传统肌理的智能辅助识别和基于GIS评价的省级规划指导方法。对省级保护管理中的申报鉴定、保护规划、监督检查等阶段提出了技术优化建议。新技术的介入,为省级主管部门提高保护和监管能力,应对“有法无技、难以实施”的局面提供了借鉴。
