摘要

利用植物油的能力是链霉菌的共同特性。在15 m3发酵罐中进行链霉菌的培养和土霉素的生物合成过程中,根据主观设计的机理,研究了豆油作为消泡剂和部分碳源的固定饲喂制度,并根据培养物的生理活性,进一步研究了以淀粉为主要碳源,再添加硫酸铵的饲喂制度。在第二种情况下,半连续补充大豆油有可能防止菌丝体过早自溶,并在保持土霉素产量的情况下延长生物合成过程。第三种方法是最先进的方法,除了控制回路的自动化之外,还代表了保证连续调整pH值以提高工艺生产率的必要性。
