摘要

实验教材建设是实验教学的关键。为了进一步加强教材建设,促进教学质量的提高,本文对地方高校食品化学实验教材建设中存在的思路不清、特色鲜明、创新力度不够、监控不严格等问题进行了分析总结。同时,从教材建设理念、制度规划、研究交流、管理监控等方面探讨了新形势下加强教材建设的途径。
