The method in this study is a qualitative descriptive study with the CIPP evaluation model. The data collection techniques used in this study are documentation, interviews, and observations. The research data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model. The validity test of the data used triangulation of sources and techniques. The results of the study show that: (1) Context aspect, policies for implementing the new student admission program with the Real-Time Online system in the Yogyakarta City Education Office are relevant and have referred to Yogyakarta Mayor regulation number 24 of 2018. (2) Input aspect, the availability of human resources has been fulfilled. The completeness and feasibility of infrastructure are still lacking, such as a network that had problems. (3) The process aspect, the implementation of the program is by following the guidelines for the admission of new students to the education, it is being objective, accountable, transparent, and non-discriminatory. 摘要

本研究旨在描述实时在线系统在日惹市教育办公室新学生入学计划中的评估。本研究采用CIPP评价模型进行定性描述性研究。在本研究中使用的数据收集技术是文献、访谈和观察。研究数据使用Miles和Huberman模型进行分析。数据的有效性检验采用了三角测量的来源和技术。研究结果表明:(1)背景方面,日惹市教育办公室实施实时在线系统的新学生入学计划的政策是相关的,并参考了日惹市长2018年第24号法规。(2)投入方面,人力资源的可用性得到了满足。基础设施的完备性和可行性仍然缺乏,比如有问题的网络。(3)程序方面,该计划的实施是按照招生指导方针进行的,是客观的、负责任的、透明的、非歧视的。(4)结果方面,小学入学容量的学生报名数据已经满足,但初中入学仍有空位。关键词:实时在线系统;新生录取
