摘要
本文结合LBR Liberty Galati轧制后的再结晶退火,阐述了带钢冷轧过程的数学模型。所建立的数学模型可以预测冷轧带钢在热处理后的力学性能。该数学模型的实现是基于对Liberty steel Galati公司DC01轧制钢带的力学性能Rm、Rp0.2 (Rc)和A5的统计测量。为实现该数学模型,采用了主动实验方法。在此数学模型的帮助下,通过在测试冷轧带机械性能的过程中节省大量时间和材料,以及通过选择最合适的工艺参数,可以优化轧制工艺。
