摘要

本研究旨在描述“X”大学讲师的工作士气,检验工作士气量表的构建效度和构建信度,了解工作士气方面和指标对反映讲师工作士气的贡献,并检验工作士气测量模型。采用道德工作量表收集数据的方法。数据分析采用结构方程模型(SEM)和二阶验证性因子分析(二阶CFA)。结果表明,某大学讲师的士气处于较高水平。反映工作士气的主要方面是责任方面,其指标是完成工作的能力和尽可能做好工作的能力。反映工作士气的最低方面是士气与工作意志力和工作乐趣的指标。
